You will provide strategic lead advice and representation on all types of banking and finance matters, including but not limited to syndicated lending, acquisition finance, asset finance, project finance, and debt restructuring.

Lead and oversee complex financial transactions, from structuring and negotiation to execution and closing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

Assess and mitigate legal risks associated with banking and finance transactions, providing innovative solutions to protect clients’ interests and enhance their commercial objectives.
