Project Manager

A high-end residential and commercial contractor is seeking an experienced and reliable Fit-Out Project Manager / Site Manager to deliver a prestigious Grade II listed building project in Holborn. The role involves overseeing a mix of residential and commercial packages with a strong emphasis on finish quality, heritage sensitivity, and subcontractor coordination. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, with the project running until February 2026 and potential for long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day on-site management of 4–5 subcontractor teams.
• Full oversight of the fit-out phase, reporting to the Operations Director.
• Coordinating basement and structural works delivered in-house.
• Ensuring all elements are delivered to programme, budget, and specification.
• Managing listed building compliance and liaison with consultants.
• Driving quality and safety standards across the site.
• Providing regular reporting and updates to the wider team.

Ideal Candidate Background:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in high-end residential and commercial fit-out, ideally with experience on listed buildings and prime central London sites.

Skills and Requirements:

• Proven experience managing high-end fit-out projects
• Excellent subcontractor coordination skills
• Strong understanding of structural/basement works and heritage considerations
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid required
• Clear communicator and confident project leader
