Account Executive (New Business sales, remote role) - UK wide selling SaaS / Software solutions to the legal industry.
Salary: 65k - 75k basic, double OTE.
Independently owned, UK software house specialising in selling software solutions to law firms, conveyancing businesses, and legal departments of commercial enterprises. Well-established business with a full suite of solutions and a very healthy customer base full of reference sites and strong case studies.
This is a remote/home working role where you will be expected to generate new clients within a given territory (United Kingdom & Ireland). Targeting mid-market legal practices, selling at IT Director and Managing Partner level. There is good marketing and SDR support, and you will have pre-sales on hand for any complex deals. Existing salespeople in the team are performing well, with some seeing monthly commissions in excess of 8k.
To be considered for the role, you must have the following background:
- New Business sales executive for at least 3+ years
- Recent experience selling Software or Technology services to the Legal market (law firms, solicitors, barristers, legal departments) Essential
- Proven target achiever, having closed deals in excess of 50k per annum
- Experienced in the full sales cycle in software/SaaS sales; prospecting, face-to-face meetings, demos, tenders, proposal writing, and contract negotiations.
- Any experience working in a legal business or studying law as part of a degree is advantageous though not essential.
