The role involves seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and growth of Alto. As a Product Manager, you will manage the product lifecycle, work cross-functionally to ensure successful product execution and market adoption, and inform product strategy through feedback and insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs, competitor landscape, and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Act as a customer advocate.
- Manage product roadmap through collaboration with stakeholders and customer feedback.
- Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver features on schedule.
- Work effectively with business stakeholders to ensure successful feature releases that meet business objectives.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
- Identify new opportunities for Alto based on data analysis and understanding of business impact.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
- Leadership skills and experience working cross-functionally.
- Experience in product management within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Knowledge of Agile or similar methodologies and product development processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with data analysis, A/B testing, and user research.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Pendo, Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
- Technical background or close work with engineering teams.
- Familiarity with UI/UX best practices.
