We are seeking an accomplished Technical Manager to join one of the UKs largest residential developers, recognised for their strong brand. Situated in the heart of North West London, the role will be site based on a 2500 unit, development set to regenerate the area. Reporting directly to the Senior Technical Manager, this individual will be required to look after the largest phase, comprising over 1000 units, and will manage a small team. Deliver the project in accordance with the business forecast and budget Provide support to all other project team departments to deliver projects on time, safely and within budget Build and maintain effective networks both internally and externally to form mutually beneficial relationships A proven track record of delivering large residential or mixed-use developments for a contractor or developer is essential. Suitable candidates must have detailed knowledge of Building Regulations combined with strong project administration and organisational skills. The candidate will be an effective communicator who can both work effectively with production and commercial as well as develop solid relationships with their consultants This is an opportunity to work on a unique project in the capital with leading consultants. A very competitive salary of between £80 – 85K plus generous package is on offer.
