Field Sales Representative

Bela Recruitment is recruiting a Field Sales Rep / Account Manager based in Lisburn, Co.Down, Northern Ireland.

The Company

This business is a specialist in the hire sector, they have a wide range of specialist products which are rented out to civil engineering companies across the country.

This job would be great for a sales professional, with knowledge or experience, selling into the construction market, or someone from another tool hire type business, looking to get away from the big corporate companies.

This is a replacement job, as the current person is stepping up into a director level position and backfilling his position, so loads of live, existing key accounts.

Responsibilities

· Working with a wide range of customers across NI & ROI, you will manage all existing customers to ensure excellent levels of service delivery.

· Sourcing & securing additional rental opportunities, by networking closely with your customers and the wider sector, to identify upcoming projects and price hire solutions for clients.

· Provide solutions to clients, informing them of the full product range and solutions you offer.

· Book out products for hire, ensuring deliveries are planned in advance and to correct locations.

· Be able to react quickly to meet customer needs to additional products required.

Requirements

· Ideally previous experience selling to the construction market or selling tool/equipment or hire solutions.

· Proven ability to manage existing key accounts, grow market shared and source new business.

· Excellent service delivery skills, ensuring the customer gets what they need, when they need it.

· Ability to source, pitch and secure for upcoming projects of work and plan to have correct levels of equipment to meet client needs.

· Must have full driving license, ability to learn products and grow sales for a depot.

Rewards

£35,000 – £45,000+ depending on industry experience.
