  • They are passionate about ensuring their nurses can utilise all the skills they bring to the team in whatever area is important to them.

  • The current team of four RVNs and one SVN runs their own consults, monitors anaesthesia, and engages in dentistry, radiology, ultrasonography, and lab work.

  • They also have the opportunity to engage in schedule 3 procedures.

  • They are an RCVS accredited practice, a Training Practice, have Fear Free status, and are ISFM cat-friendly practices.

Team: The rest of their team is made up of four vets and four experienced client care advisors, who are also involved in the Fear Free Veterinary training. Owing to the interests of their vet team they can keep a large proportion of their varied caseload in-house providing opportunities to build experience in whatever area you would like.

Hours: This role will be full-time working 40 hours on average a week and will include 1 in 4 Saturdays. Their Saturday hours are 9 am-5 pm. Their rota is arranged for the year ahead and is available to view on their online app.

Support: They very much encourage further development of their team.

  • They will provide in-house training and mentorship.

  • They fund and encourage RVNs to do further qualifications such as nursing certificates, diplomas, and post-graduate courses and they are open to any CPD or further qualification requests.

Salary: They are offering a competitive salary of between £26,000 – £30,000 p/a depending on experience and qualifications., * 5.6 weeks annual leave which increases to 6.6 weeks after 2 years of service
