As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant and bar operations. This includes managing staff, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining financial performance. You will be the driving force behind the day-to-day operations and long-term strategic planning.
Our Ideal Requirements:- Proven experience as a General Manager in a similar venue is highly desirable
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff
- Manage budgets, monitor the site's financial performance, and implement strategies to increase profitability
- A notable interest in fantastic food, cocktails, wine and beer
- Great attention to detail, high standards and exceptional customer service skills
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, including special events and promotions
- A proven track record of effective organisation and planning
