About the Role
You will be managing a team of delivery consultants to deliver on retained Executive Search mandates and retained project hires. You will be supporting the Partner and head of Search practice with building best practice across the business. You will train and mentor a team of delivery consultants and researchers and work on the execution of executive search mandates, owning the research phase of the search process as well as proactively contributing to knowledge management and business development preparation.
Responsibilities
- Team management of approx 8
- Assist with the design and execution of a search strategy, account development and client management managing and lead on delivery of senior searches
- Qualify the performance of teams and run appraisals
- Own the delivery process, reporting weekly to key clients
- Capture and share relevant search, sector and market related information, trends, data and knowledge
- Assist with the preparation of compelling pitch documentation and business generation strategies

Pay range and compensation package
This role has an attractive basic salary and then a team override scheme that will see you being rewarded off the back of team delivery. Basic salary up to £80,000 - £100,000 depending on relevant experience - OTE of £150,000.
