My client is looking for an Operations Manager to join the team working closely with the Division Director. You will be covering Healthcare, Life Science and Commercial projects.
Responsibilities:
- Managing various live projects ranging from £5 - £25 million
- Oversee day-to-day M&E operations, ensuring all systems are running efficiently and safely.
- Working with the project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team on complex mechanical and electrical issues.
- Develop and manage the budget for the operations, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or safety.
The ideal candidate will be:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in M&E operations
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
