Role Overview

  • Salary: £103 - £110 per day (dependent on experience)
The ideal candidate will:
  • Have experience working with children in a school setting
  • Have experience supporting children with ASD and challenging behaviours
  • Be patient, understanding, and confident in managing classroom behaviour
  • Be able to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
  • Have a positive and proactive approach to supporting learning and development
  • Work well as part of a collaborative team, supporting teachers and SEN staff
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support for children in Year 2
  • Assist in implementing individual learning plans for pupils with additional needs
  • Support students in developing confidence, communication, and social skills
  • Help create a structured and engaging classroom environment
  • Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and accessible lessons
  • Support children with transitions, routines, and emotional regulation strategies
