The client is a developer of private wire renewable energy projects for industrial clients across Europe. This means they build solar and wind farms to supply clean electricity directly to large industrial clients through dedicated power lines, essentially providing them with a reliable and sustainable source of energy with price stability.
Project Scope:
- Our clients are industrial power users (IPUs). Their projects connect to the IPU behind the meter via private wire, with cable lengths reaching up to 7km.
- Sourcing & Land Acquisition:
- Proactively source new land opportunities through self-generated leads (door-knocking, cold outreach, site visits).
- Engage targeted landowners identified by the Land Acquisition team, introduce the client, outline project benefits, and assess interest.
- Represent the company beyond initial contact, building relationships with landowners and understanding their requirements and constraints.

- Agricultural background with strong connections in rural communities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience in relationship-building.
