We’re looking for an ambitious, talented individual to join us as Project Lead Interior Designer with the potential to progress to Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Be an integral part of our team and contribute to our development and continued growth.
- Lead projects from concept to completion with autonomy, delivering exceptional hospitality interiors.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, supporting our values and fostering creativity and collaboration.
- Engage with clients, turning their visions into innovative designs that stand out.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring every detail aligns with quality and authenticity.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Requirements:

- Degree or equivalent in Interior Design.
- 5+ years commercial interior design experience, with a strong focus on hospitality interiors.
- Proven leadership and project management experience.
- Advanced proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- The ability to deliver a comprehensive technical drawing and specification package.
- Clear communication within our team, and with our clients and partners.
