This is a 9 - 12 month FTC with a view to going permanent. A fast moving Haircare Brand with an incredibly loyal customer base are seeking an experienced and dynamic International Account Manager covering the North America market to spearhead our expansion into the US retail market.
The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of the US beauty and cosmetics industry, a proven track record of securing new business with major US retailers, and the ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with our brand values and business objectives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research to identify market trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscape within the US beauty and haircare sectors.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a strategic business development plan targeting key US retailers to achieve growth and market penetration objectives.
- Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with major US retail chains, e-commerce platforms, and specialty beauty stores.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with retail partners, ensuring alignment with brand values and business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions tailored to the US market.
