The Role: As a Growth Product Analyst, you will lead the company's product growth strategy, focusing on analyzing the customer journey, optimizing onboarding, and tracking product metrics. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Growth Marketers to identify the most impactful marketing channels, improve user retention, and drive conversions from trial users to enterprise-level solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze user behavior and define product-based metrics to improve the customer journey
- Conduct funnel analysis, identify drop-offs, and suggest improvements to enhance conversion
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing channels, including paid ads and brand-awareness initiatives
- Work with cross-functional teams to track the impact of changes on user behavior and product engagement
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze data from tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap
- Investigate and measure how initial user behaviors correlate with retention and conversion to paying customers
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong experience with SQL
- Proficiency with Amplitude, Heap, Mixpanel, or similar analytics tools
- Solid background in growth analytics and A/B testing
- Experience with digital/web-based products
- Ability to work cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, and growth teams
Desirable Skills:
- Python (nice to have)
- SaaS experience (ideal, but not essential)
- Familiarity with BI tools like HEX, Looker, or Tableau (no Power BI)
- Experience working with DBT or alongside teams using DBT
Interview Process:
- 30-minute screen with the Head of Data
- Take-home task - 90 minutes to complete (1 week to submit)
- Technical stage - Interview with the Head of Data and a Data team member
- Values fit interview - 1-hour conversation with the CRO, CEO, and another member of the senior leadership team to understand how you like to work and your management style
