  • Innovation & Quality: Enhance the content, presentation, timeliness, data quality, and accuracy of Path Manager reports. Lead continuous training and development initiatives, promoting innovative data utilisation.
  • System Management & Development: Participate in product and application user groups, representing iPP and driving user requirement development. Develop Path Manager training materials for all user groups, including clinicians, to improve LIMS data utilisation. Support new customer onboarding by managing reporting requirements. Oversee system upgrades, roll-outs, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for patches and new software. Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Path Manager and document solutions within the Quality Management System (Q-Pulse). Liaise with suppliers for technical support.
  • Operational & Regulatory Compliance: Maintain a strong commercial and customer-focused approach to information services. Manage staff effectively, ensuring operational efficiency.
