We are currently seeking an experienced HCM Workday Functional Consultant to join a leading global advertising company. With a strong presence across the UK and Europe, you will be joining as the HCM Workday Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation and optimisation of Workday HCM solutions across the business.

This is an initial 6-month contract with strong opportunity for extension, offering a chance to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, globally recognised company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading discussions on pre-defined global HCM templates and solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements across UK and European operations.
• Facilitating workshops to gather requirements and contribute to design discussions, ensuring stakeholder engagement and alignment.
• Collaborating with key teams, including the UK-based HCM Solution Architect and the offshore delivery team in India, to define and validate solutions that meet business needs.
• Aligning with other workstream leads to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to Workday HCM deployment and enhancements.
• Providing functional expertise to optimise Workday HCM processes, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What you will ideally bring:

• Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM, with experience in leading global Workday implementations and optimisations.
• Ability to lead discussions on pre-defined global HCM templates and solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Experience in leading workshops to gather requirements and contribute to key design discussions.
• Acts as the first point of contact for solution-related queries, working closely with agency POCs and test teams to define and execute testing scope.
• A proactive mindset to troubleshoot issues, provide functional expertise, and drive ongoing improvements in Workday HCM processes.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 6 months
• Location: Remote (London Occasionally)
• Day Rate: Up to £450 Per Day (Inside IR35)
