We have a new Team Assistant role for a leading Private Equity firm based in Mayfair! This is one of our favourite clients, with excellent feedback from past candidates we have placed there. So, we are now looking for a superstar to join the London team!
This is a superb role supporting a team of Investment professionals. You will be working in a vital role within the workplace at the heart of the business in London.
We are looking for a remarkable assistant who has a passion for their work, is highly organised, able to manage a busy workload, is well prepared, has a positive attitude, has a flexible approach towards work, and is a fantastic team player! I.T Proficiency is a must – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams: Concur or a similar expenses package.
European language skills could be helpful but not essential.
Duties include:
- Diary management, extensive booking of meetings – managing the logistics of moving agendas, arrangement of travel and accommodation, including international events, etc.
- Input and maintain expenses for the investment team
- Arrange and prepare for meetings, including printing and binding presentations and IT set up for video conferencing, if required
- Provide full administrative support to the investment team
- Provide support to the administration team when required.
