International law firm seeks to hire a new Trial Paralegal to join on a 6-to-12-month FTC – candidates must have pre-trial/trial and document review experience.

Generous Salary + Paid Overtime. Fantastic exposure working directly with Associates and Partners. Hybrid 3 days in the office / 2 days working remotely. Immediate start.

Trial Paralegal duties:

  • Document review, organisation, and creation
  • Staying up to date on trial proceedings and events
  • Maintain and produce databases and transcripts
  • Conduct legal research
  • Physically attend trials
  • Coordinate with third party document/litigation vendors whilst adhering to strict deadlines
  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality and other ad hoc duties and administrative tasks when needed.

Trial Paralegal Key Skills and Experience:

Candidates will need to possess a legal degree or have proven working document review paralegal experience, along with strong written and verbal communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Candidates must be available immediately for this role and will be assisting with a large trial later in the year. The core hours for this Paralegal position are 35 hours per week, 9:30am to 5:30pm but additional hours may be required, so a flexible attitude is needed.
