The VP Strategy & Implementation role focuses on being a key operational and commercial leader for the DAZN business. Key responsibilities:
- Be a champion of operational excellence.
- Oversee and manage delivery and GTM plan for DAZN boxing and global product; including platform execution, marketing strategy, and programming and content strategy
- Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance efficiency, scalability, and overall business performance.
- Streamline workflows, implement best practices, and leverage post-campaign learnings to improve operational effectiveness and decision-making.
- Identify cross-functional revenue growth opportunities, inclusive of media sales, marketing, and product teams .
- Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution across all departments.
- Identify potential risks associated with strategic initiatives and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Assist in, and, where applicable, lead commercial strategy decision making; including pricing and packaging recommendations, idea generation, strategic & financial assessment.
- Provide strategic and operational support with regards to our broader businesses.
What we\’re looking for:
- Minimum of 10 years\’ in strategic planning and implementation / programme management roles, preferably within the media, sports, or technology industries.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organisational change.
- Ability to crystalize key insights from data and communicate analyses in an efficient and effective manner to a variety of internal audiences across departments and functions
- Experience working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Must be comfortable working both independently and as a member of the team
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
