How you make it all possible… Carrying out general administrative duties as required, including covering reception Proactively managing multiple stakeholders’ diaries, utilising foresight – ‘what’s required, what’s next’ Providing administrative support for meetings, ensuring correct agendas/meeting briefs are ready beforehand Creating, proofing and distributing meeting minutes (including DRPG board and brand board) Arranging travel and accommodation, including international travel Developing effective relationships at all levels, liaising with the team, clients and suppliers Working at a strategic level, managing projects, preparing reports and overseeing budgets (including managing and processing expenses and raising POs) Managing communications on behalf of directors, both internally and externally, and supporting with organisational goals Assisting in formatting documents and proofread to ensure accuracy and professionalism Supporting other Board members and team as requested Maintaining and updating group management information systems as required Tracking actions assigned to Director(s) and assisting in meeting fast moving deadlines This list is not exhaustive, and you will be expected to work flexibly and undertake other such duties as the management may, from time to time, reasonably require. What’s in your toolbox… Experience of providing a full range of executive support to Directors, Senior Management Team and/or Board within a fast-paced environment Expertise in all versions of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word, as well as Teams, SharePoint and OneNote Super organised and able to manage both your own and others’ time effectively Excellent attention to detail Experience with using AI, specifically Grammarly, Chat GPT and Copilot Ability to act proactively with significant degree of autonomy Ability to prioritise discretion and uphold confidentiality Willingness to learn new skills and develop existing ones – every day’s a school day!
