The successful candidate will join the firm as an IT Trainer and work as part of the IT team to ensure the co-ordination and delivery of training on IT related projects and systems for all staff within the firm. You will support the wider Firm in a culture where continuous learning is valued and where employees feel empowered to develop their skills to the best of their potential.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver training and develop materials to implement key IT system changes and other operational changes, with an initial priority to deliver extensive Visualfiles training as it is currently being implemented across the firm.
- Deliver training on key IT systems to current staff as required.
- Daily interface with other departments such as IT, Ethics & Compliance, Marketing and Facilities.
- Coordinate and administer digital and face-to-face training sessions.
- Create, deliver, and arrange training for the Firm based upon individual, department and firm-wide training needs, up-to-date legislation, professional body requirements, policy and regulations.
- Arrange external training across the Firm and maintain relationships with training providers.
- Ensure all training is delivered to a timetable agreed with the firm’s senior management team.
- Liaising with the Onboarding team (HR, IT, Ethics & Compliance, Marketing and Facilities).
- Support the relevant departments with the delivery of induction training which will include training in our key IT systems such as VisualFiles and SOS and effectively become a “super user” in our IT systems.
- Previous experience working within a Training Coordinator position (ideally 2+ years) or a Technical training role.
- Previous experience of delivering various training ranging from IT systems to core organisational training.
- Knowledge of case management systems and accounting systems, ideally VisualFiles (required).
This role is based in our Thame, Oxfordshire office a minimum of 3 days per week and 2 days can be remote (following a settling in period).
