Asset Servicing Manager

You will manage a portfolio of loans both Balance sheet and CMBS securitisations. Responsibilities include: Analyse borrower reports (rent rolls, operating statements, covenants etc.) Coordinate with Loan Admin to process payments on time Monitor info undertakings in Facility Agreements (insurance, accounts, business plans) Liaise with lenders/borrowers for new valuations when needed Work with internal teams on new deal onboarding (Accounts, Agency, Loan Admin) Negotiate with borrowers, guarantors, asset/property managers, and project monitors Review development finance docs, cashflow vs budget, and Project Monitor reports Manage monthly/quarterly utilisation with all stakeholders Collate docs/approvals and draft investment memos for investors Represent clients/investors as facility agent or primary servicer Support Legal and Senior Management on deal closings Prior experience in the commercial loan servicing space with a third party, bank or FI is essential to perform the role. Strong understanding of Real Estate finance and complex structures also a must.
