Description

As Head of Finance – FP&A, you will:

• Lead financial planning and analysis, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Partner with the CFO and senior leadership to provide strategic financial insights.
• Drive the three-year strategic financial planning process and deliver key outputs for the Board and investors.
• Manage capital investment planning and cost excellence initiatives.
• Spearhead finance transformation projects to improve efficiency and reporting.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring financial alignment across the business

Profile

• Proven leadership experience – strong experience in financial planning and reporting.
• Retail sector expertise – understanding of industry trends and key financial metrics.
• FP&A and system implementation – experience driving finance transformation.
• Strategic business partnering – ability to challenge and influence executive teams.
• Change leadership – a track record of driving financial and operational improvements.
• Strong analytical skills – ability to translate data into actionable insights.
