Managing client relationships and projects: Serve as clients\’ primary point of contact, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard. Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members, fostering their professional growth. Work with the team to develop new ideas and solutions, enhancing our customs software and consulting services. Data analysis and reporting: Use advanced Excel skills to analyse data, generate reports, and deliver valuable insights to clients.
