The business prides itself on its ability to bring creative visions to life, consistently exceeding expectations across various sectors.Driven by a passion for quality craftsmanship and professional integrity, they continue to build a reputation for reliability and expertise within their field. About the Role:Our client is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of projects working with their prestigious national clients. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role, managing multiple high impact projects while delivering exceptional results and building lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager role:

• Project management of the national client portfolio, overseeing the successful delivery of projects across multiple regions.
• Attend early stage meetings with clients to ascertain and finalise the project brief, costs and key requirements.
• Set out the exact requirements of each project to ensure all internal and external support teams are fully aware of requirements, dates and project specifics.
• Identify any additions/variations required throughout all stages of a project, cost and quote accurately.
• Ensure all drawings tie in with client expectations and are sent out for approval. Control the clients’ expectations to ensure the company is not over committing or exceeding what has been proposed.
• Understand all details of your projects and work with various support teams: ie: design, purchasing, production, installation, subcontractors to develop and deliver the project ensuring the best possible result.
• Professionally control all areas of the project, providing the key link between the client/site manager and our client throughout early stages, production, site works and aftercare.
• Hold and attend regular progress/update meetings throughout the course of the project.
• Organise/attend regular costings analysis meetings throughout the project with the Business Manager to discuss expenditure to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
• Approach all aspects of the project in proactive manner, to ensure any holdups/pitfalls are overcome.
• Successfully delivered projects will be measured on a happy client that is keen to place further orders for their high quality finished products.

 Experience/Skills required:

• Previous Project Manager experience, ideally within Commercial / Construction background / Site management
• A flair for design 
• Proactive and organised person
• Ability to travel nationally to attend regular client meetings
