Are you looking for a permanent role as a Site Manager / Site Foreman? Are you looking for local work in the Hull area? TS Recruitment are actively working with a regional main contractor based in Hull who are looking to recruit a Site Manager / Site Foreman.
Benefits:
- Basic salary circa £45,000 per annum
- Permanent work in and around Hull

Job Role & Responsibilities of the Site Manager:
- Oversee/manage construction refurb and restoration projects up to £2 million
- Subject to project size, some work on the tools will be required
- Would suit a joiner or bricklayer due to the nature of the work
- Management duties include reading technical drawings, managing direct labour and subcontractors
- Order materials for site and manage the logistics
- Carry out site inductions and toolbox talks
- Liaise with the Contracts Manager providing progress updates
- Carry out work on the tools as and when necessary
- Ensure projects are complete within timescales and budget

Knowledge/Experience:
- 5 plus years' experience working as a joiner
- NVQ level 2 or higher in Joinery
