The role as a front of house manager, you’ll be a leader who cares passionately about creating a positive place for our guests and our teams. You will support in continuous coaching and developing your team to be the best they can be whilst driving your restaurant performance and delivering amazing results.
If you are passionate about supporting your team, focusing on training and developing others to help them be the best they can be and maintaining high standards, are experienced in running and planning shifts to make sure we have the right cover, and love working with the team, coaching on the go, have experience in managing labour and rotas, and have an understanding of the financial performance of your restaurant, we’d love to hear from you.
