As a Quantity Surveyor you will be working for a Tier 1 Contractor assisting the Commercial Team with quantity surveying duties in conjunction with other team members and provide effective financial and contractual control on all contracts allocated.
What you'll need to succeed:
- BSc or HND (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or other equivalent commercially related subject, and/or RICS Membership
- Experience working on 2 stage projects and of managing own projects individually
- Significant experience in the main contracting market with experience of working on MOJ & Education schemes between £10 and £40 million.
- Strong knowledge of collating and/or producing site records necessary for interim and final account payments and cost reports, including materials received records, understanding of period cost reporting, experience with COINS.
