My client are looking to appoint an Analyst to take the lead on financial modeling and appraisals across new opportunities, Developments and standing assets within the portfolio. The Investment and Development Manager will: Assess and appraise new potential acquisitions for the portfolio Build development appraisals to assess best use for projects Build models from scratch when needed and applicable for projects Assess assets within portfolio for development or disposal Have 1 – 2 years either as an analyst or another role in Real Estate which requires modelling Have experience building models from scratch Be able to interpret and manipulate complex financial models Excellent Pension
