Salary: £33,477 – £36,651 + Bonus

Working Pattern: Days 8am – 4pm

About the Role

Join our client’s Crane Maintenance Team, supporting cutting-edge operations in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You’ll work with machinery pivotal to industries like construction and home appliances, ensuring equipment is maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical maintenance, overhauls, and repairs on cranes and production line equipment.
• Adhere to strict Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on Overhead Travelling Cranes.
• Assist in designing and producing spare parts for crane equipment.
• Participate in machinery refurbishment and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.
• Conduct Zone Safety audits and Risk Assessments.
• Take part in auxiliary and downtime activities as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in the steel or construction industry.
• NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering is desirable.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills in multidisciplinary settings.
• Strong risk assessment abilities and a proactive approach to safety.
