Hours and shift patterns:
- Monday - Friday normal working schedule
Daily responsibilities:
- Monthly support sessions
- Monthly team meetings
- Staff training
- Staff rota
- Staff annual leave
- Monthly audits (medical, financial)
- Coaching and role modelling
- Overseeing development of staff
- Ensuring environments meet our high standard
- Ensuring the people we support have active and meaningful lives
- Compliance
- Developing and maintaining relationships with families and professionals
- Working as part of the York District team
- Reporting safeguarding and incidents
- Able to travel to attend training when required, this may include overnight stays
Essential requirements:
- Experience working within health social care sector
- Being able to demonstrate leadership experience
- Full clean UK driving licence
