Temporary HR Administrator 4 days per week (can be flexible with hours) 2 days on site in Chelmsford and 2 days on site in Great Dunmow. Hourly rate £14-16 per hour depending on experience. Weekly pay. Likely duration of contract - minimum 6 months, potential for permanent.

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team in supporting a client across two locations - Chelmsford and Great Dunmow. This role is pivotal in supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent administrative skills, and proficiency in relevant software systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, including producing offer letters and contracts.
  • Maintaining HR system with data.
  • Facilitate communication between employees and management regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Payroll preparation - collating data.

Skills required:

  • Proficiency in Cascade HR is an essential requirement.
  • Experience of HR administration.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff at all levels.
  • Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • A solid understanding of human resources principles and practices.
  • Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Temp to perm. Contract length: 6 months. Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour. Expected hours: 30 per week.
