Package: Salary: £30,000 OTE £55,000. Location : Dereham Hours: 0800-1700 Monday- Friday. Overview The business offers waste collection services; for paper, textiles & IT/Media. Their main objective is to help organizations improve their brand through enhanced sustainability. Security is paramount in the organization. Subsequently, all staff members have DBS Checks. Due to the confidential nature of the materials handled and processed, vehicles will be unmarked and equipped with 24/7 CCTV when providing their respective services. My client is rapidly expanding and to continue with their growth trajectory, they need talented Sales Professionals to acquire new logos and forge strong, long-lasting relationships with customers. This role is integral to solidifying the growth of the business. What is it you will be doing? -Demonstrate good active listening skills to identify needs & requirements. -Have a methodical approach for executing sales, account mapping, understanding their ICP (Ideal customer profile), and continually learn industry trends to convey your expertise to potential customers. -Thorough understanding of their products and services. -Professionalism throughout, appearance and communication style. -Inquisitive, eager to learn and adopt best practices to generate fast results. -Manage leads and meetings through to closed deals. What does the client want? -B2B Sales Experience. (2 years plus) -Comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, sequences in emails, and other methods. -Coachability, must be able to take feedback well. -Resillient, nos & lost deals happen.
