What will you be doing as a Product Trainer? Based from the office close to Horwich, you will be providing training in the companys products to sites across the UK, both face to face and online. Duties will include: Developing and delivering comprehensive training to internal and eternal customers across the UK, via face to face and online live sessions Working with the marketing team to create training materials, including manuals, e- learning modules, video tutorials, blogs and podcasts Providing training on company product ranges and resources available to customers Facilitating workshops and hands-on training sessions Collaborating with the companys supply chain to stay updated on new features and products Assessing training needs and customise programs to meet specific requirements Gathering and analysing feedback from training sessions to improve content and delivery Identifying and educating on direct equivalents to competitor products Understanding certifications and test standards for product proficiency· current with products offerings, industry trends and best practices in products, training and development Monitoring and reporting on training program effectiveness Developing and maintaining a library of training resources Ensuring training materials are accessible and user-friendly Support the onboarding process for new employees with product training Managing training schedules Creating assessments and quizzes to evaluate training effectiveness What skills and experience will you need as a Product Trainer? Previous experience in a similar Product Training role or possibly someone with a background in a Field Sales or Account Manager role who is looking to change direction Experience of working in chemicals or cleaning products would be beneficial but not essential Comfortable using Word, Excel and Outlook Experience using Learning Management Systems (LSM) and e-learning tools would be beneficial Flexible approach with the ability to travel and stay overnight where required Professional and smartly presented A full current driving licence is essential What is in it for you as a Product Trainer?
