In this exciting role, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your creativity by creating engaging social media content and property tours. We're looking for someone who's not afraid to step in front of the camera and bring our properties to life with their unique style and charm.
But it's not all about the 'Gram! You'll be one of the key faces of our lettings department, conducting viewings, building relationships with landlords and tenants, and providing a top-notch experience throughout the entire letting process. When you're in the office, there will be a chunk of admin work - you'll be managing enquiries, arranging viewings, making feedback calls, and nurturing relationships with our clients both over the phone and in person.
We're looking for someone who understands the importance of social media in the modern rental market and has a genuine passion for content creation. If you can whip up an Instagram Reel, craft a witty caption, and make a cracking cup of tea, you'll fit right in!

Key Responsibilities- Create engaging social media content across multiple platforms
- Film and edit professional property tour videos on iPhone
- Develop creative marketing campaigns for our rental portfolio
- Write engaging captions and property descriptions for property listings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conduct professional property viewings and provide detailed feedback
- Negotiate lets between landlords and suitable tenants
- Oversee the tenant referencing process
- Create tenancy agreements and legal notices
- Maintain accurate records using our lettings software
- Help identify and maximise new business opportunities
- Develop expert knowledge of the local rental market
- Excellent communication, customer service and organisational skills
- Previous lettings or sales experience preferred but not essential
- Local knowledge is desirable
- A keen interest in social media and marketing
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
