We are looking for an enthusiastic Administration Executive for a 6-month, fully remote, part-time opportunity. Join a leading name in the hair and beauty industry and dive into an exciting role where you’ll create content, handle general admin, and assist with entry-level HR duties. ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE ROLE:
- Supporting the Head of Strategic Projects with general administration and light HR and recruitment administration
- Managing the careers inbox
- Processing joiner and leaver request forms, maintaining the internal HRIS and ATS systems (Workable and Excel)
- Offering recruitment administration support, downloading and uploading CVs from LinkedIn, Indeed, and the recruitment inbox into the internal ATS
- Updating employee information when required
- Tracking employee transfers across multiple salons
- Supporting with any ad-hoc administrative tasks
ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE ESSENTIALS:
- Having experience with office administration
- Demonstrating strong Microsoft skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel
- Exhibiting excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Adopting a self-starter mentality, able to work autonomously in a remote position
- Displaying honesty and reliability
- Showing high attention to detail
