RGH Global are working with a global IT Consultancy who partner with organisations to deliver innovative projects across various sectors. We are seeking a highly accomplished Business Analyst with strong project management skills and a background in Treasury & Markets (banking).
You will have excellent influencing skills to oversee a large transformation project in Repo. The candidate should be hands-on but adept at senior stakeholder management and project status tracking/reporting.
Bring prior experience with the Apex platform to ensure effective integration and utilisation within the business processes. Engage with Front Office stakeholders to collect requirements, present solutions, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
Manage the product backlog, prioritise tasks efficiently, and ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects in accordance with business priorities. Prepare and present detailed status reports to senior management, highlighting project progress, risks, issues, and areas that require attention or intervention.
Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, ensuring they are mitigated or resolved in a timely manner. Track and monitor testing progress, collaborate with testing teams, and ensure the successful completion of all testing phases, maintaining quality throughout the process.
Leverage your experience from large-scale projects involving the migration of repo asset classes to guide and ensure the success of similar projects. Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst with some Project Management experience in the financial services industry.
Proven experience in managing backlogs, status reporting, and risk & issue management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with Front Office stakeholders. Prior experience in large projects migrating repo asset classes.
Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or a related field. Ideally have Business Analyst certification i.e. Ideally have Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile.
