We are working with an innovative, extremely well-known, European leading organisation on the lookout for a Marketing Campaign Manager to join their team for a 6-month fixed term contract at their head offices in Warwick.
As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you'll use your marketing expertise to work with the Head of Marketing and be fully involved in the development and implementation of the channel marketing strategy to support the achievement of the company short and medium term objectives.
Your focus will be to support the Head of Marketing in carrying out all planned activities both on schedule and within budget. Within this you will work with third party suppliers, Group Marketing, Product Management and you will be fully supportive to the sales teams operating within your sectors.
You will be knowledgeable about your channels and sectors and have a good understanding of products, customers, trends and competitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Marketing to implement the annual marketing plan for your sectors
- Undertake all activities within agreed budgets and in a timely manner
- Support in the development of market leading, creative and engaging campaigns that have a focus on ROI
- Production of brochure collateral and copywriting
- Review all relevant Group produced marketing material for its suitability for the UK market and adapt accordingly
- Work closely with Retail partners and third-party contractors to deliver showroom fit-out projects
- Collaborate with agencies to deliver agreed communication material and activity that is fully in line with the company CD and brand guidelines
- Support in the delivery of events and exhibitions for your sectors, working closely with Marketing Operations Manager
- Build strong relationships with the sales teams that operate within your sectors and provide them with a first class and responsive marketing support service
- Meet with customers to gain first-hand knowledge of their requirements and to build relationships
- Support the production of monthly KPI reports and report to Head of Marketing, Product and Marketing Director and wider executive team
- Make full use of CRM to engage new and existing customers
- Keep your finger on the pulse in terms of marketing and industry trends
Key Skills, Experience & Knowledge:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Marketing role
- Experience of copywriting and proofreading for online and in print
- Experience of managing and delivering social media marketing activity
- Experience of implementing a marketing communications plan
- Experience of working with Sales teams
- Experience of working with CRM
- Experience of managing and creating website content
- Experience in creating email contact cycles
- CIM Level 4 qualification or 2:1 or higher degree qualification with Marketing focus
- Hands on and operational
- Ability to communicate with a wide range of people, both internally and externally
- An obsession for delivering customer service excellence and enhancing the brand image
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
- Exceptional degree of accuracy with high attention to detail
- A flexible “common sense” approach with an ability to build and successfully maintain relationships across the organisation, together with a “can do” attitude to overcoming potential challenges
- Resilient and able to perform under pressure, prioritising tasks and workload
- To be technically minded being able to understand a variety of products
