Job Title: Resident Liaison Officer\\nLocation: Nottingham\\nSalary: £30,000-£33,000\\nSector: Social Housing \\nMUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE AND VALID UK DRIVING LISENCE\\n\\nKey Responsibilities of the Resident Liaison Officer:\\n\\nEngaging with residents and understand the needs of the community to deliver a personal service\\nProvide a friendly courteous service in connection with residents\\nSupport, communicate and advise the site team\\nLive the company values being fair, forward-thinking, accountable, customer focussed, open, transparent, proud and passionate, so that the highest standards of customer care can be achieved\\nBe committed to diversity and inclusion of all\\nComply fully with the Company Code of Conduct, health and safety requirements, legislation, regulations, policies and procedures\\nUndertake resident profiling to identify individual needs and tailor our service\\nImplement our Customer Journey process to guide residents to manage expectations, maximise satisfaction and explain works, give notices, write newsletters etc\\nMake access arrangements mutually convenient with residents\\nAttend evening/weekend appointments where necessary\\nOrganise community events\\nManage complains/compliments and deal with all feedback.
