We are seeking a skilled Pub Chef to join our vibrant team in a charming rural setting near Alton. Day-to-day of the role:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes, ensuring each plate leaves the kitchen meeting our high standards.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth service during busy periods.
  • Manage kitchen stock and place orders as necessary, ensuring ingredients are fresh and of high quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen according to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
  • Contribute to menu development with innovative recipes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years experience as a chef.
