Key responsibilities include:
  • Being the first point of contact for all tenants, making sure customers and guests receive the best possible experience;
  • Carrying out regular building walks to achieve high visual standards in accordance with the building standards checklist;
  • Reporting any maintenance issues in a timely manner, following up with customers accordingly;
  • Providing excellent meeting room service and hospitality, ensuring all guests receive outstanding service;
  • Overseeing customer on-boarding, ensuring a smooth and seamless welcome;
  • Working in partnership with the General Manager, supporting day to day on site operations, and assisting with the wider portfolio;
  • Ensuring the building is H&S and Fire Safety compliant at all times.
