Rare opportunity for an experienced M&A Tax specialist operating at either Senior Manager or Director to work in a role outside the traditional Big 4 / Top 10 firms. You will primarily be involved in managing the tax due diligence and tax structuring work (both buy-side and sell-side) on local PE deals and be joining a rapidly growing team of experienced tax advisers most of whom have previously worked in large international accounting firms.
