What We’re Looking For:

🔹 CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified mortgage professional

🔹 Proven experience leading, mentoring, and motivating mortgage advisers

🔹 Demonstrated success in mortgage sales & estate agency lead conversion

🔹 Strong protection sales skills with a consultative approach

🔹 Experience with HNW clientele (preferred but not essential)

🔹 Entrepreneurial mindset – Driven, ambitious, and relationship-focused
