VICE PRESIDENT, SENIOR CLIENT REPORTING CHANGE ANALYST

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Senior Client Reporting Change Analyst to join our Front Office Services team. This role is located in London and will be working in a hybrid capacity. (3 days a week in the office).
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Implementing regulatory, technological and client-led change to support Client Reporting for institutional clients and regulated fund ranges.
- Manage an allocation of change requests and projects through the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, planning, testing, implementation and handover.
- Identify and implement solutions to mitigate risk, increase automation, standardise processes and reduce cost
- Work closely with clients and prospective clients to support new business and client-led reporting change
- Track and report on progress, escalating delays, issues or risks on a timely basis
- Conduct applicable training sessions to ensure the Client Reporting function can effectively deliver new services or changes to existing services
- Implement best practice processes for managing change, challenging current working practices, coaching team members as appropriate.
- Represent the Client Reporting function on project working groups.
- Produce high quality documentation including business requirements, technical specifications, procedure documents and process flows
- Conduct applicable User Acceptance Testing
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Excellent project management or change management skills, ideally within asset management operations, asset servicing or Client Reporting.
- Have a detailed knowledge of global securities, investment strategies, market data and funds,
- Advanced understanding of ESG metrics and regulation
- Experience of process improvement/re-engineering.
- Advanced user of Aladdin Explore
- Experience of the Vermilion Reporting Suite, Morningstar Publishing Service or equivalent systems would be advantageous.
- Experience with vendor management and system transitions.
- Knowledge of relevant regulation (Solvency II, MiFID II, PRIIPs, CTI, SFDR)
