We are currently on the lookout for an Executive Head Housekeeper to join the team of our 30 bedroom boutique hotel in Bermuda.

Our housekeeping team is not just about making beds. It's about having an eye for detail and creating a welcoming environment to make sure our guests have a memorable stay. The role of Executive Head Housekeeper is key to our success. You must have a can do attitude and not be afraid to get stuck in. You will be proactive and hands on with your team to deliver exceptional standards across all areas of the hotel with 30 bedrooms, two restaurants plus seasonal poolside dining area and two food wagons.

You will have overall responsibility for the preparation and cleanliness of all rooms and public areas. You will proactively manage and inspect the performance of the team leading by example and providing development opportunities. You will have a focus on the back of house operation, ensuring all housekeeping related administration is carried out to a high and efficient standard.

The role is key to maintaining morale across the team, writing rotas, recruiting, training team members and addressing any team or people related enquiries. You will take responsibility for all furnishings, fittings and equipment, liaising with the maintenance team as and when required.

Experience at the same level within a hotel is essential. You will need good employment references and a clean police check due to the work permit application process. You will receive 25 days PTO (vacation & public holidays), 50% discount in F&B and all the other usual benefits.
