The Role:
As Health & Safety Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining exemplary safety standards across UK operations, focusing on state-of-the-art solar farm projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive H&S documentation and procedures
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and risk assessments
- Drive safety awareness through coordinating team training programs
- Monitor and ensure compliance with UK health and safety regulations
- Manage and maintain safety documentation systems
- Implement and track safety performance metrics
