Salary: £40,000-£45,000

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out PPM on commercial and domestic gas systems in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Diagnose faults and provide efficient, cost-effective solutions to commercial gas systems in commercial and domestic environments.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, Gas Safe requirements, and industry best practices at all times.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects within set timeframes and to high-quality standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, acting as a point of contact for clients and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, including gas safety certificates and service reports.
  • Assist with emergency call-outs as required and provide after-hours support on occasion.
  • Liaise with office staff, supervisors, and project managers to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Gas Safe Registered with a valid Domestic Gas ticket (ACS).
  • Commercial gas qualifications (such as CODNCO1, COCN1, ICPN1, TPCP1A) are highly desirable.
  • Strong experience with commercial and domestic gas systems and appliances.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Full, clean UK driving license.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and working practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional, well-presented, and able to interact with customers effectively.
