ROLESUMMARY

TheAccessoriesdepartmentislookingforadynamicSubjectMatterExperttodriveOff-CyclestrategyandOn-Cycledeliveryoftowingcommodities.Theroleinvolvesworkingcross-functionallywithareasincludingCoreEngineering,VehicleAttributes&VehicleEngineering(VAVE),Manufacturing,ProductMarketing,ProgrammeManagement,FinanceandCreativetodeveloprobust,innovativeandfeature-richsolutionssupportingadiverseprojectlandscape.Commoditieswillbedeliveredforbothlineandretailerfit,whichfollowuniqueprocesses.TheAccessoriesTowingSubjectMatterExpertwillreporttotheEngineeringChapterLeadforStructuralAccessoriesandwillworkextremelycloselywiththerelevantcustomerEngineeringteamsinAccessoriesandCore.PrimaryresponsibilitywillbethedevelopmentoftowinghardwarecommoditystrategyintheOff-Cyclespaceincludingallfoundationdocumentation.ConceptdevelopmentduringearlyprogrammestagesandsupportforOn-Cycleprogrammestoensureproductalignmentwithcustomerbrandhousesandglobalcompliancerequirements.Thesuccessfulcandidatewillhaveaclearpassionforthequality,continuousimprovementandinnovationofbothourproductsandthewayweoperateintheeyesofourinternalandexternalcustomers,approachingallactivitieswithunityandintegrity
