We’re seeking a skilled Senior HR Advisor to join our clients team on a temporary basis to provide expert guidance on employee relations, case management, and key people processes. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to ensure effective delivery of HR solutions, supporting organisational goals and building a positive workplace culture. Key responsibilities: Advising managers on performance, absence, and employee relations. Leading on case work, including investigations and timely outcomes.
